Wow if i nv gonna start blogging about my resolutions i would probably be too late lol.. haha ^^"

Anyways, I am gonna lump my resolutions together with my meeting with General Director. For a start, at the end of the chat after a considered long 1.15 hrs, my proposal was still not given the immediate green light. I expected it, coz my dream and the mission is rather big seriously =.=. I fully understand GD’s circumstance that he cannot simply say things anyhow, coz he holds the highest position in our association locally. Besides, I felt more encouraged thru the different turn out anyways so what’s there to complain haha. Like I mentioned before, thru experiences the organization learnt, GD have set certain guidelines for Arts and Culture.

1. The people coming in must have the correct mindset, learning the instrument is not for personal gain nor self glorification. In fact, it’s to return music to the people.Music came from the people, irregardless of whether we are poor, or rich. We all write music, and thus everyone should have the privilege of enjoying music. Music should be made affordable to the public.” This is one of Min’on’s philosophy.

I am gonna say now that if the SPG is going to be set up, it would have only one goal, one mission, “To be the forerunners of peace”. Actually I am also in the state of confusion. I haven been reali praying sincerely for long. To tell the truth, the bold statement used to be To set up a Min-On in Singapore However, today at GD gongyo, I have met the man himself who have been composing all the association’s songs, and we had a dialogue in which we have certain matching frequencies. He recruited me into his team, and basically what I would be doing is to write more Gakkai songs, translate certain songs into scores for band, choir etc, be involved in overseas exchanges cum performances.

If I go in his direction, I suppose it would be very different from setting up Min-On and SPG? Where supposedly I original intention was to set up SPG, recruit youths who must share the common ideology and mission, teach them music from not what I learnt in school but what I learnt myself. I still rmb GD words, you have to start somewhere first and make your presence known to the association first, and that was why I performed at Sunday’s morning gongyo where GD invited me. I felt kinda like Eminem from 8 Mile. Hehe.

“You better lose yourself in the music, the moment

You own it, you better never let it go

You have only got one shot, do not miss your chance to blow

This opportunity comes once in a lifetime”

Anyways, now to take a break and go for Piggy time ^^. Today went out for the first time in a long time, visited the new “Singapore Largest Sub-Urban Mall” which is Jurong Point. Watched Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea. KAWAII DESU NE !!!! ^^ “Ponyo! Sosuke! Daisuki~”

Somewhere down we had a little tiff of how I seemed to be not interested in shopping lol. It was reali just about me not walking into shops on my own. But seriously how does keep being pulled into a shop by Piggy necessarily mean I am not interested to shop lol? Her point was about the initiative I lack. Not a small problem la.. in the midst of solving I found something that Piggy reali REALI REALI likes.. its cherades! Pictionary but acting instead of drawing. She loves it so much she can smile out of any situation. =D Haha.. It would be my tool in the future (‘ * , ) ß a twinkle in the eye.. MUHAHA!!

So back to the topic at hand.

Why did I mention the forerunners of peace? I meant to be strict with myself and the SPG. The SPG will not only doing performances for the members wherever event arises like Youth Peace Culture Festival, or any home ground small events. The SPG has a greater underlying mission, to set up Min-On. To directly use music to achieve world peace on a world scale. I used to be in junior choir, and sometimes I think to myself I attend training every Sunday, but I never felt reali good. Maybe it was the early hours, maybe I had very high expectations, or maybe I am simply missing the point.

However, the association teaches, “never belittle every single effort, no matter how small or insignificant the performance may be, for every step we take, are one step closer to world peace, if everyone takes a step, we would have taken a leap towards attaining world peace.”

I am in a dilemma. Shit.. ><

Hey unknowingly I accomplished what I planned to blog in this post! Haha =) So now you people finally know what my dreams and mission is, though when you know more about my education, the people I encountered and learnt from, the club I used to head, and my philosophy. Everything will come into place, about how this little boy who had a talent, and evolved into something reali reali big.
